Just in case anyone is thinking about a "cheap", portable GPS, I noticed that AnywhereMap is currently offering a $100 mail-in rebate for their ATC device.
And a fine little GPS it is. Note also the subscription for updates (firmware and database) is only $100 per YEAR. I hear the GMN folk want something way more than that. Updates are available for downloading twice a week.
