I am making some reasonably good progress at laying out our panel in AutoCAD 2000, but I am having some troubles finding the detailed specs of the "bump-out" for the altimeter. This is the lower left hand corner where the adjustment knob is. I have tried to look the specs up, but I can't find them anywhere. Adding to the problem is the fact that today is the very first time I have ever messed with AutoCAD, so I am quite the novice. Does anyone have this drawn out for their panel in a DXF format??? I would greatly appreciate it!!!!

Try these dimensions from Falcon Instruments... they are in metric, but should be OK to translate....

I copied/pasted many objects out of these while working on my panel.

I wouldn't make to cutout until you have your instrument. They are NOT all the same. I've seen slight variations between manufacturers.
