Any problem running the coaxial anenna wires for the COM and the transponder next to each other down the center channel from the firewall to the spar? They will separate and go there separate ways as they pass thru the spar.

Should not be an issue. The issue is the antennas being too close (recent thread discussed that). I would not tie them physically together just for warm fuzzy. May be give them some space if able. As far as TX/Com antenna spacing 3 ft per book but 18" has been found to practically work in service.

Garmin only gives caution on the cable being routed 12 inches away from an ADF co-ax cable....

So, if you don't have one of those antique paperweights, you are OK.... :)
