I had to send in my D180 and EDC10A for service, they were losing communication, Dynon turned them the next day.

I very much like dealing with people like this, even if the part did need service.

I haven't even bought anything from them yet, but Rob contacted me direct to address concerns I had brought up in another thread, and has been nothing but first class in answering my questions.
