I was wanting to run the 3/4 inch flex conduit from the tail forward to the circuit breaker panel. Was looking at using preexisting 1/2 inch holes that are aready in all the bulkheads and drilling them out with a unibit to fit the hose. Asked Vans, but got an incomplete answer...They said okay in aft bulkhead. Was worried about structural integrety/edge distance with the larger holes in the rest of the bulkheads. Has anyone done this and had good results?

Conduit run

I did not drill out the holes to run conduit to the rear of the aircraft. I ran the conduit through the lightning holes already cut into the bulk heads. I then secured the conduit in the holes with cable ties. Wrap one tie around the conduit and run the second tie through the first tie and then through a #30 hole drilled in the bulkhead but leaving suffient edge distance to the lightning hole.
