All,

Preparing for annual and trying to put together a single order of "consumables" that need replaced. I am thinking about the following:

* Oil
* Filter
* Oil strainer gasket - anybody got a p/n?
* Carb inlet screen gasket - anybody got a p/n?
* Brake pads (if needed)
* ELT batteries (if needed)
* Spark plugs (if needed)

Anything else?

Thanks
Scott

Air filter cleaner and oil
Air Filter (if needed)
Wheel bearing grease
Constant Speed prop grease (if equipped)
Spark Plug copper gaskets
Extra hardware (#8 screws, cotter pins, safety wire, etc..)

I am betting that others will add to both of our lists.

Cotter pins for the axle nuts (What size are those, BTW? I need to order some.)

Safety wire for various things.

#6 and #8 screws to replace boogered up screws.

Star washers for anything that gets pulled apart and uses 'em.

Copper spark plug gaskets.

Grease
Brake cleaner/mek/acetone
Intake/exhaust gaskets (I like to have a couple blo proof on hand)
Bag of shop rags
5 gallon bucket
Extra bulb for shop light
Pb blasts/penetrating oil
Intake hoses
Locking tab washer for crarb finger screen
Various size cotter pins ( I have several sizes, wheel, cabin heat muff.....)
Engine degreaser aerosol
Smimple green
Beer
Several aviation monetary units (amu's 1 amu = $1,000 usd)
Hardware (nuts and washers) for exhaust studs
Alternator belt

* Carb inlet screen gasket - anybody got a p/n?

Oil strainer gasket is a copper crush type, AN900-16, 1" ID. Aircraft Spruce price $.36.

Carb inlet screen gasket is a CF16-A48 gasket with lock tab. ACS p/n is 08-06629, $4.98.

Plexi cleaner
Torque seal
ELT and remote batteries (if needed)
Oil analysis kit

Not exactly consumable, but I found it handy to get a few AN929 for the fuel system so I could remove the filter and pump with less mess or chance of debris entering the system. Combined with AN815 unions where I needed a plug rather than a cap, they are handy to have.
