I have some questions on the Andair fuel valve.

1) Van's lists a part numer of FS20X7T, Spruce lists FS20X2F, Andair lists FS20X2-M. I realize the F and M are the fittings but I'm not sure which is preferred. I'm not sure what the 7T designation on Van's part number means. Does Van's valve include fittings and do we want male fittings on the valve?

2) It looks like we need to fabricate a new mounting bracket. Does anyone have pics of their install. A search showed some info but most of the picture links are broken.

3) Does the Andair valve sold by Van's include the face plate and lever?

1) Get the Van's valve and the "F Swivel Tee." This makes hookup simple
2) Yes you have to modify the mounting bracket. Not difficult;sorry, I don't have pics.
3) Valve comes with face plate and lever.

If you go to the Andair web site you will find a description of all the valve models available. Order directly from Andair and you can get the face plate anodized in black and even have custom engraving done.

My Andair fitting

I have just finished fitting a dual andair selector to my RV-8. I have a blog post with the details of the mount and a PDF you can download to try one. I used .040 6061-T6 for the mount. A bit softer than 2024 and makes making the joggle's easier.
