Any suggestions for a source of sheared trim strip between wing and fuse. My close sources are are limited to 48”. Vans says they need a part number to even discuss options, ( “bad words”). AED in Indy and Air Parts in Kansas city are limited to 48”.

Since it's a non structural part, I went to a local metal supply house (Industrial Metal Supply) bought a sheet of aluminum, and cut it with my snips. IMS doesn't have 2024-T3, I think I used 5052. In 5052 the "H32" hardness is similar to T3, as in, it isn't dead soft.
