Looking for a source for 6061 radiused angle. Have looked everywhere and can't find angle in these dimensions:

1" X 3" with a thickness of 1/8"

Aircraft Spruce has 1" X 2.5" but it won't work for me.

If you are willing to go a little thicker (0.015) then you could cut this down on a bandsaw

You're going to have a tough time finding .125" thk angle with 3" legs as it's not a standard profile. You'll probably have to shave it down as suggested. McMaster-Carr and Metal Supermarkets are who I go to for AL stock of a specific alloy and temper.

How long? It sounds like a job for flat sheet and a brake.
