fixnflyguy Well Known Member Jan 28, 2013 #2 Leave them in If you leave them in, its possible to go back and install a back up alternator such as the B/C. I have an all electric RV-4, and plan to install the back up alternator soon. Simple blocking plate is all you need to cover the pad.
