I'm getting started, read all the primer wars and decided on Prekote and Akzo 463 primer. The only source I have found is Aircraft Spruce. Is there anywhere else? I've even tried their customer service line with no help. I would like to find a source near Denver,CO. Any help would be appreciated.

Sky Geek has a good price on Prekote and no hazmat charges. Spruce is the only source of Akzo I know of.

FYI, Spruce does not charge hazmat shipping for Akzo. It shows up as hazmat on check-out, but no special shipping charges are added. At least that was the case as of the last time I purchased it (maybe 2 years ago).

Sherwin Williams

Thanks
I actually changed my mind to Sherwin Williams P60G2.
It's, cheaper, easier to get and from what I can read, Van's uses it on QBs.
Several friends near the Gulf swear by it.
And I can get it locally.

Just keep acetone and strong solvents away from it...:)
