I'm a lurker, thinking seriously about building a RV-7.
Saw this property for sale close to where I live. http://www.thunderfootranch.com
It's 100 acres, a 3,000 sq ft home, Hangar/Workshop, and FAA approved grass runway.
It's more house than I need but looks like an RVer's dream. It could even be split up into lots.

It's been for sale for ages...priced reduced many times.
