Is anyone using this service and having any luck with the downloads.
I tried both a Mac and PC for the down load…. Both devices started in the 8 to 10
hours for the download. Looked at the graph bar and it looked to be painfully slow , suggestions??

I am using it and no issues so far.. download is not bad at all.. I'd say 20-ish minutes maybe? I did not measure but saw no need as it seemed to be going at normal speeds..
