I recently bought a used 600C (thanks Steve!) and just updated the database.
It cost about $50, and the new SD card arrived in a week or so. It slipped right in following the directions in the owner's manual and works fine.
You can still get updates until July, so don't forget a final update while the opportunity is still there.
