Quick question...getting ready to install the XPDR antenna, planning on about 12" behind the baggage area rear bulkhead (to remain clear of the bellcrank and A/P servo). Having been the victim of a snapped-off transponder antenna a time or two when putting covers on aircraft left outdoors, does anyone have a quick answer as to where the rear straps on their covers are located? I don't want to have an "oh, ****" moment when the cover arrives and I find out the antenna is in a bad position.

As a side note...who makes the best covers?

My transponder antenna finally snapped off with repeaded accidental bumps and catching the cover strap on it. Changed to the blade style antenna. It is much more durable.
