Hello all, I'm getting ready to paint my panel and I have the hole cut out for the gps dock but I don't know how the dock attaches because I don't actually have it yet. Does it need some type of brackets to install it or does it simply snap it? I'd hate to have to drill holes on my painted panel.

You need to install 90 deg .032 or thicker X 3/4" side angles. Mtg screws come with mount. Yep you'll have to touch up paint if you don't install angles now.
