HI All.

The Aileron counterbalance gets drilled many times. (Page 22-05 refers) It is stainless steel.

Just woundering if anyone had a good tip on deburring after drilling for inside a tube? Especially a stainless steel one.

Greetings hangar mate!
I deburred the ones at each end (where the screws and nuts hold it to the ribs) with the dremel.
I didn't worry about the rest of them.
Cheers.

I used what we call a flap wheel. It's like a sanding drum but it's made up with pieces of sanding paper. Each piece of paper can flap as the drum turns. I used a bunch of shaft extensions for the reach.
