What would I use to widen (ream) the bolt bushing interior to fit the bolt?
(er, airplane, not human anatomy, please!)

I bought several of these reamers from McMaster and used them.

This type http://www.mcmaster.com/#reamers/=bm9a53 general purpose hand reamers.

So would the reamer for the an7 bolt sized bushing be.......what, just a tad bigger, and am i reaming the whole cavity of the bushing or just to get the bolt started...(this is so .....!!!) and are these reamers adjustable or different collection of sizes needed?

Remember, that you only ream the I.D. of the bushing to get the bolt through, the bolt and bushing will not rotate, the bellcrank will rotate around the O.D. of the bushing and bolt.
