Engine is hung, nothing hooked up yet. Finishing the cowl fitting, with lots of pinhole filling etc, on that. What's next? Exhaust? Engine monitors? Fuel lines? Baffle? Engine controls? Airbox?

Any ideas or hints would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Its a free for all at that point but my vote is for Baffles & Oil Cooler then the FAB!

If you have not ordered the baffle kit yet make sure you get the oil cooler doubler if your going to mount your oil cooler on the rear of the baffles. It does not come with the baffle kit.

I did the FAB

It might be different on the side by sides, but on my 8A, it was easier to see the FAB fitting when there isn't much hanging on the engine. Proved to be helpful when fitting the airbox.

Plan before

I agree with Brian, I've just did on my RV8.

1) FAB & cowl inlet mod
2) Baffle + Oil cooler

Plan very well oil cooler position before start cutting !

Good luck

I agree too but would do the cowl inlet ramps after the baffle.
