Probably should have taken this question to Rob at AFS directly, but hey, it's not like you're not monitoring this site all the time anyway Rob, and maybe the answer would be useful to others here.
So the question is, the pinouts for the engine sensors on the 4500 contain seperate gounds for each sensor. I recieved a premade wiring harness from Stien and all the grounds are wired with black wires, just as the AFS wiring diagram shows. I've routed all the appropriate wires up into the engine compartment and now it's difficult to tell which black wire is the ground for which sensor.
Does it matter which ground goes to which sensor?
I assumed ground was ground was ground, but one of the guys at the airport stated that the potential might vary, and that I'd better check with you guys.
