We just added a video showing how to create a flight plan using the AOPA Flight Planner and then transferring it to the AF-5000 EFIS.

You can save multiple flight plans in the EFIS and transfer them to and from the SD card. You can even save a flight plan with an approach from a 430W-GTN650 and then use it in the internal EFIS flight plan mode.
