I've been collecting parts for my 10, hopefully start outfitting the inside of the fuselage soon. I have shelves full of parts. Last night I did a couple quick searches for an order email for some parts I thought I ordered. I couldn't find the email so I ordered the parts (about 2am). When I woke this morning I had an email stating I already had an order in with the same parts and they were checking to see if I needed the order. I canceled the order and they quickly gave me a refund. Happy to see a business where they are paying attention to the individual. Outstanding customer service.
