Had an AEROLEDs landing light (Sunray Plus) fail around 300 hours and just over a year in use in my RV-7A. Called the customer service number and spoke to Susan. Told her the brief story and she said, "just email a picture and I will have one in the mail to you today, send the bad one when you get a chance".

What? Really, who does that? It's now installed and working great along with the other AEROLEDs landing light, position lights and strobes. That's a great way to build lifelong loyalty.

No association other than a very happy customer of AEROLEDs.
 
They really are one great company! Their products work well and their customer service is a bar to be strived for. Not unlike a number of other suppliers to the AB market. :)

Larry, the only thing better to dealing with Susan on the phone is visiting with her in person. Anyone who has been to their office will confirm that!

Everyone there is great. They take the time to explain everything and one of their engineers has a nice kitfox in a hangar very close to mine.
