Worth noting is that the paper seems to describe, from the brief intro at the link, wing-fuselage intersections in the absence of propeller slipstream. Slipstream has significantly turbulent characteristics that are based upon prop blade passage - when a blade goes by a given point, it's downwash (or propwash) is both brief and at a different direction and velocity than the freestream flow that exists in its absence.
If you can google the authors and find contact info, you can email or call them directly and ask for a copy. Most of the time you'll get a PDF back to your mailbox. The Authors get none of the money charged by these paper-selling houses, and are quite happy to distribute it for free if someone asks.
