Go to iac.org and click on "where to begin" then "aerobatic flight schools". Lots of schools in AZ.
 
RVers wanting to get into acro need to be clear that RV-specific acro instruction is neither required, nor a great option for a number of reasons. Look for a basic acro trainer like a Decathlon. OP, I suggest contacting Chandler Air Service and getting some basic acro/spin training in one of their Great Lakes. Everything is transferrable to the RV.

I am familiar with Chandler Air Service and took a ride in their Great Lakes years ago but was hoping to trai in my RV but thanks for the tip.
