No reason why it should not work. They have two power ratings (235 and 250) based on engine speed. They are straight valved. The last four letter/numbers describe the accessory case/ components. You'll want one with the prop governor in front rather than the accessory case, and the oil sump with a bottom mounted carb/injector. A1C5 should be a bottom sump mount carb /FI . A series are generally found in Commanches. Be sure that the counter weights on the crankshaft are compatible with whatever prop you plan to use. Those vary with combinations of engine/prop /airframe and can be changed if required.
