As I had mentioned I had to remove the fuel tank from the plane due to a sightglass problem. I had not yet installed the new sightglass material and the old sightglass cracked. Same problem others have experienced with the old material.

The wooden crate that the engine was shipped makes a fantastic oven to accelerate the cure time. Put the fuel tank in it, insert a 150 W lightbulb, lay the wooden base/cover on top. The internal temperature has been a constant 90 degF. The datasheet for our CS3204-B2 sealant indicates that temperatures up to 100 degF may be used to accelerate the cure time.
