The instructions with the Vetterman exhaust state that "A" models will need a spacer to properly re-position the tie strap connecting the left and right pipes. It seems there's a nose wheel strut in the way.
Anyone have any insight on spacer length or what worked for them or even pictures? I've got the newer 2" diameter pipes aft of the ball joint.

No pic handy, but my spacer was about 1/2" one for each bolt to the rubber cross piece. A short length of aluminum tubing with washers on either end. It raises the rubber bit just enough so it can get a straight shot left to right above the nose gear.
