finished my qb right wing on Friday night (everything but final close up). Worked on the left wing yesterday and today... was about to finish it.... when I came to install the aileron....

I was shipped to right ailerons from vans... doh!!

oh well,, I'll put it away and finish it later.

Here is a funnier one:

When I inventoried my SB wing kit, it turned out I got two right flap skins instead of a right and a left. I emailed Van's and they said "no problem, will send a replacement right away." A small box arrived some time later. Imagine my surprise when it turned out to contain yet another right flap skin!

They got it right the second time around. I now have three right flap skins and one left one. Guess which flap I'll be doing first

My flap spars were labeled wrong and I received 6 right interior ribs and 2 lefts.

You guys must have pre-drilled skins! On the -4, the manual notes "becarefull not to build two of everything" as all parts are the same, just where the individual parts go is what is important. I nearly started to build two left wings.
