Not sure that's a RV9..
Yes horrible news. However, I'm not sure that's a RV9. The elevator does not look like a 9 elevator. There's not a counter balance arm on the outside edges. And I'm not sure how the arm would be sheared off so evenly.
There's other things that do not look like a 9 either. But the photograph is not that great. Could be wrong.
