I followed the instructions and inserted one NAS1307 bolt in the top and bottom of the of these assemblies and then drilled the #30 holes. After riveting the assemblies together they are now slightly out of alignment and the NAS1307 and NAS1304 bolts will not pass through. I'm sure they are only off by a few thousandths but still enough to prevent the bolts from passing through. Any ideas on how this can be corrected would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

UPDATE:
I went back out to look things over again and found that the bolts will pass through but need a slight tap with the light hammer to get them through. Definitely tighter than before but still workable. Thanks.
