All,
I am looking for this fitting in steel for my oil cooler. I can only find it in aluminum. Does anyone have a clue where I can find it? Thanks for any help.

Do you need the swivel? I would most likely use a steel an to NPT 90.

I don't need it. But that's what I want to use in order to make the clocking of the fitting more accurate and not have to worry about over torque.

I would worry about the internal O ring wearing out with vibration and causing an oil leak?

Same issue as above. Swivel nut crimped over stem with an O'ring. Common in industrial use. "Can" leak slightly at low pressures.
Better solution, if you wanted an 'adjustable' fitting would be be to
A) find a cooler with O'ring boss ports, and use straight thread o'ring boss fittings
B) use a NPT male to O'ring boss adapter at the cooler, then use a o'ring boss fitting.
Too many fittings, and too expensive a cooler for most of us.
