Looking at all the hoses while doing the 300-hr inspection, I'm not sure that I can even get a set of Otiker pliers on some of the clamps in behind the engine, much less crimp them. How have those who've done the job accomplished it? Take the fittings out of the engine and remove the hoses that way? Sure looks like lots of opportunities to break lots of those little 20 and 22 gauge wires. It was hard enough to get some of those hoses in place with the engine off the airplane-- not sure these old hands can do it with the engine in place and everything on it!
