Does anybody know any reason why I can't use 3/16" tube rather than 1/4" for my pitot line run in the wing? I'd like to run a nylon pitot and AOA line (hooked to a Dynon pitot) through some .062" OD flex conduit (a smaller version of Van's black flexible .083" OD conduit). There just isn't enough room for two 1/4" lines in there. The Dynon pitot lines themselves are 3/16" aluminum and given that there is basically no flow through these things, It would seem that this should be OK (but what do I know ).

seems pretty straightforward - as long as you can go from that OD to whatever fitting(s) you'll have at the instruments. . . should be grand.
