Just wanted to let others know it's still possible to get a cheaper insurance policy this year.
Last year I bought a policy through my preferred agent from AIG (cheapest) for my new RV-7 at approx $2500 granted I had 0 time in an RV and my tailwheel time was just enough to get the endorsement.
I just got the renewal quotes today and I'm pretty excited. This years policy will come from the same agent but insured through Old Republic with a savings of more than $1000 bucks
Lots more avgas to burn
