Plans call for the rear window to be drilled out by a #27 plexi bit. Haven't been able to locate one of these. Seems all plexi bits are fractional sizes. Any ideas were to buy???

A #27 is .1440" and a 5/32" is .1532. Unibit's work GREAT on plexi - better then regular plexi bits. When drilling holes in plexi drilling oversized holes is good practice. In fact, in AC 43.13 the recommendation "when using bolts or rivets" to hold plexi, the holes should be oversize by 1/8"

You can make a plexi bit by drilling a very short hole in concrete with a standard twist drill.
