I'm considering changing our prop to the newer style blended airfoil design following a prop strike but does anyone know if the original 12" spinners can be used with it, or would we need the 13" spinner?
I highly doubt that the 12" spinner will fit. You can either add a 1/2" to your existing cowl (been there, lots of work) or just deal with a slight spinner mismatch that most people won't notice.
