I'm up to the tailcone. First page mention to break the edge of the tailcone skins. I tried the Avery edge rolling tool on a piece of scrap and I don't like the outcome.
How did you do the edges, I'm a bit concerned to get a wavy appearance.

I used the edge rolling tool from Cleaveland Tools. Does a very nice job. See....

i'll second that...the cleveland tool is the best one out there...makes beautiful lines

I also used the Cleavland tool as you can easily control the amount of break created. I found you have to consistantly increase the amount of break in the designated area as you approach the Aft Bulkhead. I did it once, then disassembled and assembled the skins three times, tweeking in between, until they were just right.
