After my big panel upgrade, I am flying again, so last Sunday Hernan Santiba?ez and me flew together, we tested top speed from his RV-7 and my RV-8, top speed was within 1 or 2 knots, of course the 8 wins Hernan's RV-7 has a Mattituck IO-360 198hp and my RV-8 has a standard Lycoming IO-360-M1B 180hp.
