A quick note to thank Brent Owens at RV Aerospace.
We had a small problem with one of his products. Right from the time we notified him, Brent made an offer of replacement parts or a refund. In the end we sorted the issue with the help of a local machinist, but Brent still followed up with an offer to cover costs.
