Unhappy Tyler Voss

Great tribute to an outstanding american. My granddaughter was a classmate of Tyler's at Boerne HS, and the AF Academy, and my wife worked with his mother. We are mourning this great loss. Thanks to the EAA chapter for their efforts.

I knew Tyler and that's my EAA chapter. I can post an update or two as time goes by if anyone likes.

Very moving tribute to a fellow grad and warrior. Thank you EAA friends for what you're doing! -- Karl, USAFA '92

Default USAFA

My son was also a 2008 UFAFA grad. Very sad for all. But I was afraid with the newest KC 135 being a 1964 model, it was only a matter of time before something happened. Not saying it was an in-flight breakup, just my opinion.

The guys in the chapter flew a 4 ship stearman missing man formation. Then the Chapter President spoke about Tyler for a few minutes and gave others a change to speak as well. Many of Tyler's squadron mates attended it was very moving.

Any news on Tylers 8? I know the EAA guys up there have a lot of work cut out for them.
