Default Quick question on brake bleeder valve install

Hello,
Just finished putting together my gear and I am reversing the location of my brake bleeder valves on my Matco brakes(had them on the top) and was wondering what is used to seal the threads. looks like they used a white material at the factory. Should I use EZ turn or some sort of locktite. Thanks for the reply!
