Question 2nd coating drying of Epoxy Mix on Cowling. Whats next?

I have sanded the cowling on my RV9A according to Vans plans and have two coatings of epoxy. Appears the prepreg holes are barely noticeable.
Now, what have you found to be effective in providing a great finish as far as primers, finish paint and a clear coat in the water base paints? Thanks Guys

Default +1 on the PPG K38

Not only did I use the same primer as Bruce, I used the same website for guidance and actually used the specific PPG 91040 white mentioned on the site. Very nice white.
In my case I stuck with single stage, no clear coat as I was doing it myself and knew I would have to do some cutting and buffing.
