Default Bulkhead spacers

I picked up a Harzell hub ( scrapped / red tagged ) to use mocking up my cowl . Drawing C-4 spinner installation shows four 1/4" spacers and one washer between the rear bulkhead and the prop hub . The plans say the spacer is supplied with the prop . My question is the rear bulkhead torqued in assembly with one nut holding the bulkhead to the hub or is there two nuts , one to torque the hub halfs together and another holding the rear bulkhead on ?
Thanks, Tom
