Default new tires, squeeking/creaking rubber

I just put on new tires. Now when I pull the plane around I hear a sound of rubber squeeking or creaking from one wheel. Does this likely indicate an undesirable condition?

Hmm if they are toed in or out that could be the case. Toed out is better than toed in on a taildragger. Perfectly in line should be best for a nose dragger.
