GTN Series Mic Gain

Just a note for those using the GTN series...

I found that the default Mic Gain was way to high for the LS Zulu microphone. The default is +12dB and this caused my setup to overmodulate and transmit too much ambient noise.

I reduced the gain to +6dB and the results were much better! I may even try a lower setting as well.

If you have a hot mic, you may want to reduce this gain setting.

I've noticed the same thing Brian. I now set them to zero db.

I did the same. I tried 0 but set it back to +6 I think.
