Default Quick Build fuselage tail vs. nose gear

I removed the F712 bulk head in my quick build to remove some blind rivets installed by the QB factory and to straighten some of the tabs. Once removed I noticed these 2 rivet holes in the F711C bar that were empty. Turns out I should be setting these since I am building an "A" model. I wouldn't have noticed this without removing the bulkhead.
