Wing Orientation Question In Jig

My RV-3B wing jig will handle both wings at the same time. There will be about three feet between them. This aisle is the less-accessible side of the wings because I won't be able to get a workbench between them.

Question - should the bottom or the top of the wings be on the more accessible side? And why?

I had the same setup as this on my RV-6 wings. I put mine top-out, but it really dosn't matter. I just wanted the best access to the "pretty" side.

I had someone help me rivet the wing skin skins so I was on one side and they on the other. I think it is easier to have the person with the gun on the outside - just a little extra elbow room.
