Wiring question for ND Alternator

Hi all, this is my first post and I'm looking for a little help.

I just got the 14870 1986 samuri Alt and have a couple questions.

Will the case mount and tension arm that Vans sells work for this on my 0-320

Now for the wiring part. Currently on my plane I had an old ford alt and voltage regulator. My understanding is I can get rid of the regulator since the new alt is internal regulated. True?

Second - any one have a link to a simple way to wire in these ND style Alts. My understanding is that the main lug on Alt goes to the buss bar but I dont know where the wires go from the three prong on the back and which prongs to use

The alt has three terminals on the back, I saw the Vans 60amp alt. wiring change and they say to only use the bottom left but my alt is a Re-man and not new.

It is pretty easy to modify a Denso for an external regulator See

There are many versions of Denso with small differences in mounts. You might heat up the bracket and bend it to fit. Done that. Whatever you do, the bracket cannot put any twisting force on the Lycoming case where it bolts up. It will crack the case.
