Default Riveting the aft skin in place - Plexi or no Plexi?

This weekend we hope to rivet my aft top skin in place, I believe it is the 774 skin.

My -9 is a tip-up and the question is this, should I have the aft canopy plexi in place while we rivet that skin on or will it crack?

Because of the dimples and the roll bar support, I don?t see how I can slide the window in place after riveting.

The aft window should be easily removed during construction. I installed it after the skin was riveted for test fitting, removed it for painting, then reinstalled for final finish. Hope this helps.

Aft window during fitup with skin unriveted.

Aft window all bolted in prior to paint.

Shows aft window out and fuselage finished and painted.
